Description

Our carded alpaca fibre products are selected from fleeces shawn from our own alpaca herd. So you can be assured that the fibre was grown and produced sustainability and ethically on our farm in North East Tasmania.

As part of our care for the environment, we do not use harsh chemicals in the processing of our alpaca fibre. So, although every effort is made to remove vegetable matter (VM) from the fleeces, there may be a small mount of VM in the final carded alpaca fibre.

Our lightly-washed and carded slivers are all natural colours and most suitable for hand spinning and felting.
