My Recipes, Food and Garden

Here I share with you some of my favourite home-style recipes. These are the tried-and-true recipes that provide our family meals. Some of these recipes were developed at a time when I worked as a community Dietitian-nutritionist. I may offer some nutritional advice along with the recipe instructions.

I may also slip in an occasional story about my garden!
